What file formats can you translate?

We translate all major digital document formats, including PDF, DOCX, and InDesign. We can also translate scans of documents from photo formats, such as JPEG (JPG) and PNG.

Will USCIS accept your translations?

Accepted Answer

Yes! But you need to order HUMAN translations only. Unfortunately, machine translations can’t be certified and notarized.

Can I upload my documents electronically?

Yes! All we need is a scanned copy of your bank statement, with all information clearly visible. We can also accept digital photos of your document, provided that the entire document is visible and legible.

How large of a document can I upload?

If you are on the FREE or STORAGE plans, your file upload limit is 50Mb. If you upgrade to PRO, you can upload files as large as 1Gb and as many as 5000 pages per document.

Yes, DocTranslator is a free online translation service provided by the translation company Translation Cloud LLC. There are paid options available for more advanced features and higher volume translation needs.

I don’t have a scanner, how can I scan my document?

We accept photos of documents from any smartphone camera. As long as the entire document is visible and legible, we can translate and format the translation.
